Building a sustainable future

Building a sustainable future

Our commitment to ESG

Our commitment to positive change aligns seamlessly with our ambition, aiming to create meaningful benefits for our employees, customers, communities, and the environment.

Packaging

We aim to minimize plastic packaging by 2026, starting with phasing out blister packaging in 2021, and are focusing on reducing ink waste and improving recycling with a new carton-style gift box.

Products

We’re launching a recycled plastics line in our Breakfast and Food Prep categories and support the right to repair, offering repairs and spare parts to reduce waste.

Office

Our sustainable office and distribution center features solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and EV chargers, with international audits like Ecovadis and M2030 to ensure we meet sustainability goals.

Suppliers

We enforce fair labor conditions by requiring all suppliers to obtain BSCI certification and undergo SA8000 audits, following standards like the OECD.

Dedicated to a greener future

We’ve implemented innovative and eco-friendly measures at our facilities to promote sustainability and environmental care:

Solar Panels: Harnessing the power of the sun, we generate clean energy to reduce our reliance on non-renewable resources.
Insect Hotels: Supporting biodiversity, our insect hotels provide safe habitats for pollinators, crucial for a balanced ecosystem.
EV Charging Stations: Encouraging sustainable mobility, our charging stations make it convenient for employees and visitors to drive electric.
Rainwater Harvesting: We capture and reuse rainwater, conserving precious resources and minimizing waste.
Sensor Lighting: Smart sensor lighting systems optimize energy use, illuminating only when needed.

Carpool Parking: Dedicated carpool spaces encourage shared commutes, reducing carbon emissions and traffic congestion.
